The state counsel tells IHC Fawad's family allowed to see him every Thursday
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’s meeting with family in jail has been fixed every Thursday.
Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz of Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard the plea seeking meeting between Fawad Chaudhry and his family. The plea was filed by Fawad's spouse Hiba Fawad.
During the hearing, the state counsel informed the court that the jail administration had fixed Thursday for Fawad Chaudhry's meeting with family.
The IHC judge disposed of the plea of Hiba Fawad after ensuring that it was entertained.

Fawad Chaudhry has been detained in a graft case. He allegedly award contract to a contractor in violation of rules and minted money.
